This morning a oable was rooeived by the solicitors for the Buttons in the contest with Elijah Dowio over the will of the late Fred. Button, a farmer of Thornbury, that Dowie’s appeal had been dismissed, and the deoision in the lower Court in their favor was upheld. This will probably end the litigation wbioh lasted four years, and will vest tho estate, amounting to between i£12.000 and jG14,000, in the relatives of deoeaeod. As Dowio has been ordered to pay the costs, thero should bo a substantial sum for tho family. Tho whole estate is practically in cash,
