The authorities at Yakutsk rent to the upper reaches of the river Kolyma a half naked and half starved Yukugr tribe on a shooting and fishing expedition, aod for trading purpoeo?, without adequate provision?. DOUMA BOUND TO OPPOSE GOVERNMENT. PEASANTS’ FRANTIC DETERMINATION. Received 11.12 p.m., April 5. St. Petersburg, April 5. Loaders of the constitutional Democratic party, which was victorious in most Russian towns, declare that the Douma is bound to oppose the Government, and conflicts are inevitable. The only chance of avoiding revolution will be to form a coalition Ministry under MM. Shipoff and Petruukevitch, with an entirely liberal j programme. Peasants are frantically determined to uphold the Douma.
