A FATALITY.

(Per Press Association.J Auckland, last night,

A fatal accident happened on Tuesday, near Onewhero, to Thomas Hector. He and H. Geraghty were drilling a hole in pspa rock in connection with road work, ho holding the drill aod Geraghty striking. Without warning some five or six tons gave way. Geraghty, who was standing, sprang back just in time to Bare himself, but Hector, who was kneeling down, was caught and killed instantaneously. It took several men half an hour to get Sector out.
