By telegraph, Press Aas’n, Copyright LondoD, April 1, Disorders at Sebtan, Persia, compelled the abandonment of quarantine regulations. The plagno is spreading northwards.
A mob demolished a hospital, atlaoked the British Consulate, and beat the Consul and dootors tending plague patients. The arrival of Oossaoks saved the Customhouse.
