The difference between Mr Hudson’s bill and the Government bill rolated to methods, not objects. Ho admit'od that the Government Bill left pitfalls and loopholes. Mr Wyndham expressed amazement at the rooognition of the principle of immunity. He moved the adjournment ■ of the House as a protest against the ' degradation of Parliament.
