NOTICE is Hereby Given that at a special Meeting cf tbe Giebo re Borough Counoil, held on the 13th day of Ma'ch, 1906, the following resolution was parsed: '* In pursuanci and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by “ The Loaal Bodies Loans Act,, HOI," the Gisborne Borough Counoil hereby resolves as follows - “ That, lor the purpose of providing the interest and other oharges on a loan £6500, authorised to be raised by the Gisborne Borough Council under the above-mentioned A o', for ereotion of a Bridgo over the Taruheru River at Roebuck Rond, the said Gisborne Borough Council hereby makes and levieß a Special Rato of lid in the £ upon the rateable value of all rateable property within the Borough of Gisborne, ub defined by the N Z. Gazette of 9th June, 1904, No. 48, Folio 1490. “ That such Special Rate shall be an annually rrcurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable half-yearly on the 30th Juno and the 313 t December in each and every year during tbe ourrenoy of suoh loan, being a period of 30 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
