London, Maroh 27. Four offioers of the Soots Guards at Aldershot have bean arrested for brutally ragging a young offieer, who was unable to live expensively. They smeared him with motor oil, covered his head with jam, and caused a nervous breakdown. Mr Haldane has ordered a striot investigation.
