Vienna, March 28,
Riotous students of Bucharest, objecting to a performance in Freoch, instead of in Roumanian, at the National Theatre, caused the intervention of troops. Cavalry charged the streets. Two hundred and fifty students and women and children were injured. One hundred and fifty Boldiers and polios and six offioers were injured. ‘ There were several fatalities.
