Russian newspapers assume that the Government have minimised the figures. Fires st Moscow prison hospital revealed the fact that politioal suspeots were chained to beds by iron rings round their body. An unknown miscreant poisoned 84 spinniug girls at Pabiancio, for refusing to strike. The flsor of the workroom was strewn with a poisonous powder, whiob the girls inhaled. Eleven are expeoted to die. London, Maroh 25, Reuter’s St. Petersburg correspondent states that the Donma elections are in full swing. Order prevails everywhere. GIRL HORRIBLY TORTURED. After awful tortures to oompel her to confess, a girl student at Spiridorna was sentenced to death for assnsination of the Vice-Governor of Tamboff.
