ASPFCIAL MEETING of tho Waikohu Road Board will be held on MONDAY, April 91I), at 3 p m., (or the purpose of making the following Special Order : “ lu pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in them in that behalf by ‘ Tho Local Hodies' Loans Act, l9ol,’ the Waikohu Road Board does hereby resolve as follows : “ That for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a Loan of £SOOO, extending over two successive years, authorised to be raiaed by the Waikohu Road Board, under the pro* visions of The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1901,” for erecting a Cart Bridge across the Wa’paoa River, at the Kanae“ kanae crossing, the said Waikohu Road Board does hereby make and levy a Special Rate of One fifth of a Penny in the JSI upon the rateable valuation of all rateable property of the Kauaekanae Bridge Special Rating District, as follows, and that such Special Rate shall bo an annual recurring rnto during tho currency of such loan, and bo payablo halt yeatly on the first day of January 1 and the first day of July in eaoh aod every year during a period equal to the curroncy of such loan, being a period of forty-one years, or until the loan is fully pa : d off.
