ASPFCIAL MEETING of the Waikohu Road Board will be held on MONDAY, April 9th, at 3 pm., for the purpose of making the following Special Order “ In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in them in that behalf by ‘The Local Bodies’ Loans Act,T9oi,’ the Waikohu Road Board does hereby resolve as follows :
“ That for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a 1 oan of JGsooo, extending over two successive years, authorised to be raiaed by the Vi aikohu Road Board, under the provisions of ‘‘The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1901,” for erecting a Cart Bridge across the Waipaoa River, at the Kanae« kanae crossing, the said Walkohu F oad Board does hereby make'{and levy a Spec’al Rate of One filth of a Penny in the jEI upon the rateable valuation of all rateable property of the Kauaekanae Bridge Special Rating District, as . follows, and that such Special Kate shall bo an annual recurring rate duriog the currency of such loan, and be payable half-yearly on the first day of January and the first day of July in taoh and every year during a period rqual to . the currency of suoh loan, being a period of forty-one years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
