T. Malone will fill the vacancy. Napier, last night, In the Supreme Court to-day Frank Dickenson, charged with perjury, was found guilty with a strong recommendation to meroy on account of his youth. He was admitted to probat'on for twelve months. George Walter Diokeinon was aho separately charged with perjury, but the jury failed to agroe, and a new trial was ordered.
