SPECIAL MEETING of the Waikohu Road Board will be held on MONDAY, April gth, at 3 p.m., for the purpose of making the following Special Order 11 In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in thorn in that behalf by 'The Local Bodies’ Loans Act,l9ol,’ the Waikohu Road Board does hereby resolve as follows : “That for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a l oan of £SOOO, extending over two successive years, authorised to be raiaed by the Waikohu Road Board, under the prpi visions of ‘‘The Local Bodies’ Lpans Act, 1901,’’ for erecting a Cart Bridge across the Waipaoa Rjver, at the Kanae-= kanae grossing, the said Waikohu Road Board dpes hereby makel and levy a Spec ; »l Rate of One-fifth of a Penny in the ill upon the rateable valuation of all rateable property of the Kauaekanae Bridge Special Rating District, as follows, and that such Special Rate shall be an annual reourriDg rate during the currency of such lobd, and bp payable on the first day of January and thp first day of July in enoh and every year duriDg a period rqual to the currency of euoh loan, beiDg a period of forty-one years, or until the loan ia fully paid off.
