The handioapper shall have power to re-handicap horses after the declaration of weights and throughout the meeting. 3 Jockeys riding in races to wear colors. 4. Protests to be lodged with the Secretary, in writing, within 15 minutes after the disputed event, and accompanied by a deposit of £2. Such deposit to be forfeited should the protest not be sustained5. Nominations for races 1,3, 5, and 0, together with the name, age, pedigree, and performances of horse, and colors of riders, to be in the hands of the Secretary, on or before MARCH 3rd.
