(P*r Fresi Association.) Invoroafgill, last night. A sorious complaint was made at tbo Borough Council to-night of tho lax I inspection of moat. It was generally ox« pressed that t-hero would never bo satisfaction whilo tho Government inspector was not under somo oontrol by tho Council. A councillor paid a surprise visit and found tho inßpeotor absent whilo meal was being killed, and tho stamp lying open on tho desk. Tho condition of tho buildings was most unsatisfactory.
