ARREST OP FATHER GABON,
INCITING PEOPLE TO MURDER JEWS. By telegraph, Presa A*s’n, Copyright Reoeived 1,17 0.m., March 14. London, Maroh 13, Tho Times’ St. Petersburg correspondent status that Father Gapon has been arrested at St. Petersburg. It is ascribed to his seeking to make a clean breast of his relations with the Government. There is a groat outcry at the publication of a pamphlet exciting the people to mnrder the Jews being endorsed by the Censor, and published by the Novoe Vremya, It accuses Count de Witte of a Jewish conspiracy against a union of the Russian people which claims and authorises the enrolling of patriots and the distributing of revolvers.
