FERTILISER CASE.

(Per Press Asnociation.) Auckland, last night

John Sohisohks, an Auckland merchant, was fined £2 with costs by Mr Dyor, Stipendiary Magistrate, to-day for broaches of the Fertil.ser Act, by failing to supply particulars of manure to a purchaser, and Ailing sacks with manure materially differing from that described in the registered brand on the packages.
