The handioapper shall have power to re-handicap homes after the declaration of weights and throughout the meeting. 3 Jookeys riding in races to wear oolors. 4. Protests to be lodged with the Secretary, in writing, within 15 minutes after the disputed event, and accompanied by a deposit of £2. Suoh deposit to be forfeited should the protest not be sustained. 5. Nominations for races 1,3, 5, and 0, together with the name, age, pedigreo, and performances of horse, and colors of riders, to be in tho hands of the Secretary, on or before MARCH 3rd.
