A WILL CASE.

Judge Edwards gave his decision in c:nneotion with the Sydney will case yesterday. The plaintiff, a widow named Dorothy Reamer, contended that Karl Mathias Lendforp, master mariner, who died at Auckland in October, 1904, had executed his last will and testament on September 26tb, 1903, at Sydney, making plaintiff, Dorothy Rtamtr, legatee to hie land and money in the Bank, and also to his share in the barquentine Kathleen Hild3, appointing her further as sole executrix of this will. A document was produced purporting to be duly signed. The will and petition were lodged, praying that letters of administration be granted in connection with it. Defendants in the claim, Call Gustaf WcollaU, JansoD, and John Woollatt, claimed that Lendfors had made his last will and testament at Adelaide, Sontb Australia, on April lltb, 1903, making Janson sols legatee under the will, and appointing Woollatt as executor. Defendants wejp represented by Mr Martin, who bad entered a counter claim, prayiog that administration be granted in connection with the original document.. After hearing the evidence His Honor dismissed the action of plaintiff and gave judgment on the counter claim, as prayed for, deoreeing that the will of April lltb, 1903, was a genuine document, and granting letters of BdmiDis.tration to John Woollatt. Defendant on the oounter claim was ordered to pay costs of the aotion, including costs of adjournment of the trial and commission to South Australia, as on a claim amounting to £llOO. .
