Chrislohurob, last night. There will be no election for the Lyttelton, Courtenay, and Avon Licensing Committees, only the requisite number of members haviog been nominated. Blenheim, last night. Nine candidates have been nominated for the Teairau Licensing Committee.. The issue is a proposal to introduce lea o'clook •taiag.
