The St. Petersburg correspondent of the newspaper Nit us Weiner Tagebblatt states that Count Lamsdorff has indicated to Germany certain eventualities in connection with the Algeciras conference, which might lead to the introduction of a FrancoRussian casus foldiras, in which oase the responsibility would fall on Germany ex* clusively. Austria has also made friendly representation to Berlin.
