Capetown, Feb. 22. The Invelis tribe t appsd and killed three murderers of polioo at Richmond, including the leader. . Eight thousand armed natives in Alexandra district, Southern Natal, threatened violence to a chief who paid poll tax. In connection with the rising in German south-west Africa, the chief Cotndius and bis followers have tendered Colonel Lmdequiet submission, after suffering terrible hardships. Some of the Wiitbois followers with their women and children quenched their thirst with the blood of their cattle.
