ENGLAND’S UNEMPLOYED.

London, Feb. 22. In tho Houso of Commons, replying to Mr Harold Vincent, Mr Lloyd George announced that 27,164 skilled trade unionists wero unemployed in January, onetweDtioth being in distress. Committees under the Unemployed Workers Aot registered 90,411, two-thirds being unskilled laborers and 42,110 being Londoners. He was glad to announce a general improvement in employment.
