Sydney, Feb. 20. > The Full Court allowed the appeal against an order of the Chief Judge in Equity under whioh the evidence of Wilfis was to have been taken on comm ssionin South Africa in connection with the alleged land dummyiDg oase. The hearing of the oaee was postponed for two months to give Willis an opportunity of being present if he desired. Plaintiffs oase alleges that Willis, while aoting as his agent, seoured 17,000 acre's for his own benefit by means of a dummy, whioh ho subsequently transferred to Mrs Willis by a fictitious mortgage.
