NATIVE CHIEFS COMBINING. TROOPS TO DISPERSE NATIVES.

Reoeived 11.4 p.m., Feb. 19. Capetown, Feb. 19. The Naial Government has ordered troops to sweep the country south of Unkomoah and clear the natives, owing to reports that the chiefs are combining. A native meeting at MapuDdo deolared they were unable to pay poll tax.
