(Per Press Association.) CunediD, last Dight. _ In the case of Shepherd v. Wilkie and Co., claim /1000 damage through a girl having her scalp injured by machinery while in defendants employ, it has been agreed between the parties for a compromise atj£s2s. Judgment was given accordingly.
