RECENT RIOTS,

Mr Perkes, a member of the Foreign Affaire Committee of the House of Representatives, declares that Congress, while modifying the laws relating to Chinese, docs not intend to admit coolies. Pekin, Feb. 13.
Tbe Vioeroy of Fooohow has been ordered to execute tho ringleaders responsible for eaokiDg the English mission station at Ohangpu, and to punish others. Tbe Vioeroy reports that the outrage was due to a Catholio mission removing tbe pigtails of Chinamen. Tbe Caibolio mission was .first destroyed, and then the English. Meanwhile, troops arriving, killed twelve rioters.
