MASSACRE OF JEWS.
By telegraph,. Presa Ass’n, Copyrl'gh St. Petersburg, Feb. 13. Three batteries of mountain artillery at Kieff have been ordered to the Caucasus. Sixty-five membeis of the Council of Workmen’s delegates have been released from St. Petersburg, and deported to Archangel, Tobolßd and Yeneseiak,—_ A massacre of Jews is reported from Ealaraek, Bessarabia. Death without trial has been deoreed over a great part of Russia against wouldbe assassins of officials.
