FRESH DISTURBANCES.

The population is undergoing military training. Tokio, Feb. 7. The Russian cruiser Castromu, bound from Odessa to Vladivostock with provisions, has been detainod at Nagasaki because fresh disturbances have occurred at ’vladivostock.

A store of bombs in a house at Odessa oxploded. Two persons were killed and eight injured. Tho Government havo ordered the arrest of tho Mayor of Odessa, for allowing the munioipility to feed workmen during the strike.
