REDUCTIONS TO BE MADE,

(Per Press Association.) Wellington, last night. Certain concessions in fares are to be made by the Railway Department. The rates on carriage of crown coal for distances over 75 miles are beiDg reduced, A valuable concession is also to be mado on tho carriage of ground phosphates.
