General Orloff threatened to shoot one in every five inhabitants of any village round in a disturbed condition.
Fifty-threo revolutionaries have been Bhot at Fellin, in the Government of Livonia.
Fiona fear a Russian wave of reaction. Emissaries sent to Finland try to provoke disorders, onabliog tho Cossacks along the border to interfere. The Governor-General of Poland has withdrawn M. Bobiliff’s decree.
