(Per Press Association.) WollingtOD, last night. In tho Magistrate’s Court DrMoArthur, 3.M., gave judgment in whioh several companies wore charged with failing to supply tho Registrar of Companies with the annual list of members and a summary speoifyiDg perlloulars required by seotion 101 of tho Companies Act, 1908. The proseoution had not pressed for a heavy penalty, and His Worship inflicted a fine of 20.-*, with £8 10s oosts, in eaoh case.
