Tho Magistrate dolined n package as something that coetains liquor, tho actual appearanoo of whloh did not givo any indication of its contents. Suoh a doubt oould not be I raised in regard to ft ten-gallon keg of beer, whioh, in his opinion, was not a J package within the provisions of tho Act.
