UNDER STATE CONTROL. (Per Press Association.) Blenheim, last night. Tho New Zeeland Egg-laying Assooia-
| tion resolved to ask tho Government for State supervision for another competition to commence in May on the conclusion of tho presoat competition. The Association interviewed Mr Hyde, chief poultry expert, who is visiting Blenheim, and he ooesmted to support tho petition.
