Mr J, P, Newman, manager of the Farmers’ Association, was ©looted president. Now Plymouth, last night. Government has granted £3500 for the oreotion of a technical school in brick in Now Plymouth. Dunedin, last night. Miss Brown, daughtor o! Professor Brown, of Auckland, who was rua over by an express in Princes street yesterday, has taken a turn for the better. She is still suffering from severe shack, but no serions oonsequeuco3 are now anticipated.
