ARBITRATION COURT.

A WEARISOME OASE. (Per Press Association,.) Dunedin, last night. The Arbitration Court has been engaged on the seamen’s dispute for over a week, and the case for the union is still unfinished. Mr Belober, conducting the case for the men. has called a host of witnesses, including officers of tho Union Company, from the general manager down to firemen, and expects to finish about Tuesday. Mr Kirby, of the Union Company, will .then lead the ovidonoe for the other sid°. It was the hope of the Court that it would bo ablo to get away for tbo WeEt Coast on Thursday, but that is now out of the question.
