BOWLING TOURNAMENT
(Pur Presa Association.) DunediD, last night. The bowling tournament was resumed to«day, the weather conditions being decidedly unfavorable in tbe morning. Fortunately they wore better in the after noon, and good progress was made with the semi-finals in tbo rink championship, I leaving Newton (Prince) and Kaitangafa (Hislop) fo play off on Friday. Green Island (McDonald) and Southland (R. Taylor) will play off for third prize. S x rounds and a portion of tho seventh round have been played in the doubles, and the semi-final will be talren on Friday morning. To morrow will be devoted to singles, for wbioh 144 entries have been received. The aggregate prize for the rink scoring tbe highest number of points in the rink championship, but not being a priza-winner, was won by Tuieti (McIntyre).
