Tokio, Jan. 21. A Japaneso training squadron, with 200 cadets, sails from Yokohama on the 11th for Waiheiwai, Hongkong, Manila, Australia aDd Singapore. Japan, in response to private inquiries, welcomes foreign help for relief of the famine.
