TROUBLES IN RUSSIA.

Baron Korff, captain of tbe Empress’ Cuirassiers, suicided at Platoon in preference to ordering Ms men to shoot a batch of Baltic province insurgents. Many officers of tbe Moscow garrison Have been [arrested on suspicion of favouring the revolutionaries. The Moscow railway men threaten to destroy railway bridges in revenge for wholesale executions. The Governor of Odessa tereatens to exile to Siberia all high school students hot resuming work. In the Russian provinces many insurgent leaders have been arrested. The Government have arranged for a 100 million roubles loan at Berlin, repayable in ten months. Six Jews belonging to Warsaw were arrested as anarchists, courtmartialled and shot.
