Mr Morgan has resigned all his portfolio?, and has bean appointed President of the Legislative Council. Mr Kedston has beßn appointed Chief Secretary of the Treasury and Vice-President of the Executive. Mr Durham has been appointed Minister of Agriculture and Railways; Mr O’SullivaD, formerly without portfolio,has been appointed Secretary of Works; ' The other portfolios are unchanged.
