Tbe programme was little altered from that of last year, tbe principal eventa being tho St. Patrick’s Handicap, 0 f *£2o to bo run in three distances, viz., log non' acd 440 yards, with prizes forraeh’ die’ tance, and aggregate prize of gold m ß dal’ suitably inscribed; St. Patrick’s Handicap, of £l3, one mile; half-mile handicap, of ±7; three-quarter mile scurry; handicap trotting race • w jumping competition, and half mil e scurry. It was decided to make the nomination for the mi'e 5s and acceptance 2a @d Entries for tho principal eventr wilt received by Mr Ed. Williams, at the B hn et<9 o’clock on Saturday evening, March Mr G.
