Revolutionaries at Penza assassinated General Lezoysky, on the ground of his harshness. The whole of the Council of Workmen’s delegates have been arrested at St, Petersburg on tho ground that the Oounoil is a revolutionary organisation, exclusively employed to terrorise workmen.
