ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.

George W. Jones, well-known in insurance Circles, died at his residence, Mount Albert, yesterday, in his 90th year. Aleck Myers, ten years old, whose parents reside at Newton, has been received at the hospital with a bullet in his head, having entered behind the left ear. He is in a precarious condition. It is stated that the shot was
fired by another boy, but the details are not available.
