Owing to a defioit of 48 millions sterling and increase of expenditure, Russia’s estimated expenditure for the current year is 52 millions above last year. London, Jan, 15. Reuter reports that two bombs were thrown and seriously wounded M. Khon* stoff. Governor of Chernigoff. and his wife slightly, while driving home from the cathedral. The criminal was arrested.
