(Per Press Association.) Rotorua, last night. There was great activity at Whakarewarewa on Friday. Waikorohihi geyser was exceedingly active, and continued so until Sunday afternoon. Pohutu on Sunday afternoon sent columns of water 15 to 25 feet high. Other geysers in the vicinity were active. Wellington, last night, Firemen belonging to the Shaw, Savill and Albion Company’s steamer Waiwera waited upon Mr Wardell, S.M., this morning and complained about the quantity and quality of the food supplied to them. Captain Lowden stated that the food was amplo and of good quality, and according to the Board of Trade scale. The Magistrate tasted some of the food served out to the men this morning, and pronounced it excellent, but he admitted that it was hardly sufficient. He decided that the complaint was one for the Collector of Customs to deal with. The annual report of the year’s work at Wellington harbor, submitted at the Board meeting to-day, shows the total tonnage passing over the wharves amounted to 3G6,975 tons, as compared with 368,251 in 1901' and 316,590 in the previous year. The total number of vessels arriving during the past. 12 months decreased by 23 to 293(5, although the total tonnage increased by 58,410 tons to 2,27 8,724 tons. The total income increased from £118,380 to £126,186,
