Tfco funeral of the late Mr F. J. Francis tcok place yesterday afternoon aud was largely atlenied, among those present being the Hen. James Carroll. The Bev. J.G. Pa'ecson cooductid tho burial service, Flags were flying half-mast in token of sympathy with the relatives.
