Auckland, lasi night, Stitisticrof ths|Mrg : str-1 j’d Court (civil) for the year 1905 show that 3715 plaints ware entered and 1978 cases tried, with an aggregate amount sued foref £40.463 and £21.073 recovered through the court. For the year 1904 3283 plaints were entered tn 1 1851 cares hetrd with an aggregate amount sued for of £35,501 and £19.967 recovered, Tbo s.s. Mokoia, which left for Sydney to-night, took a valuable shipment of thoroughbred'', the ttock consisting of the sta’lion Blue Jacket, and the brood mares Campania, Miss Gladys, St. Elyn, Beal Blue, Miss D.laval, Chrysolite, and Forma, and the yearling fillies from Field Rosa and Nannie respectively.
