It is reported that a military terrorist plot has been discovered, aud 50 arrests made. : . Throe bundrod well-armed revolutionists from Toor. who went to Moscow distributing revolvers and bombs, were shelled out of their storehouse by troops, with 70 casualties. Ssveral bodies of Jroops and police wore successfully ambusbel. Out of 20 gen-darmes-.in one body only one escaped. Their losses havo embittered the dragoons. Tho insurrectionists occupy nino stations lat Kazan. Railwa'y, postal, telegraphic and other services have been suspended, aud have isolated Libau. The Times’ S ■. Po’ersburg correspondent reports that on Sunday night 80 rebels fired volleys from a house iu Mobcow. They refused to surrender when cannonaded. When the house was ablaze firomsn tried to extinguish the fire, but the rebels fired on them. Soon tho roof and walls fell, killing all tho rebels. On Monday the rebels attacked - the
prison, in order to release the prisoners. Two hundred warders heroically resisted, and finally dispersed their assailants. The rebels posssßa Bix quick-firiog guns and many bombs, The Piazan station was burned when the troops cannonaded, tho rebels occupying it. Ton thousand workmen met and decided to arrest the Governor General of Moscow and Prefect.
The strikers at St. Petersburg attempted to erect barricades oh Monday, but the Cossacks dislodged them. Though some desired to humiliate tho revolutionaries at Moscow, the fighting spiritis conspicuously absent among the vast majority of St. Petersburg workmen. It is stated there aro only six thousand troops in Moscow, which is possibly all the authorities can trust.
While the Workmen’s Council at St. Petersburg decided to oontinue the strike, despite its small success, the Railway Men’s Committee ordered the men to abandon the conflict.
MOSCOW LIKE A BESIEGED'CITY

St. Petersburg, Dec. 28. Moscow presents the appearance of
besieged city, Patrols search all pedestrians in the streets, and shoot those who resist.
There ate no lights in the streets after 9 p.m., though tho cannonade continues after midnight. The pillaging of shops is increasing. One band of rebels, 800 strong, atme.d with rifles and revolvers, hold Moscow station, and are trying to capture Nicolai terminus. Troops of all arms are resisting this feroe.
A second band of one thousand, armed with revolvers, hold numerous barricades ia Sabovya street and tho boulevards in the vicinity. They are making surprise attueks at every opportunity.
Women display conspicuous bravery. Tho third and most numerous band aro operating in the vicinity of Brest station.
