COOK COUNTY COUNCIL'. A SPECIAL ORDER, Made on the 22nd day of November, 1905. To bo confirmed on SATURDAY, 6th day of January, 1906. IN pursuance and exercise of the powers ve=t?d in them in that behalf by “ The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1901,” and “The Counties Act, 1880, ” the Cook County Council do hereby resolve as follows: “ That for the purpose of providing the in’erest and other charges on a loan of £350, authorired to be raised by the Cook County Couccil under the provisiors of “The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1901,” for Forming a Road from To Aroha Woolshed to Mills’ Homestead, the raid Cook County Council do hereby make and levy a Fpecial Bate of Two-fifths of a Penny in the £1 upon the Ratable Valuation cf all Ratable Property of the Aroha Loan District No. 2, comprising Okahuatiu 2C, seclionsl, 4; Okahuatiu 2C, section 2 ; Okahuatiu 2D, l, 2A, 3,2 B; and that such Fpecial Rate shall be an annual-rcourring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable half-yearly on the Ist day of January and the Ist day of July in each and every year during a period equal to the currency of such loan, being a period of 26 years or until the loan is fully paid off, the rate of interest to be 5 per cent.”
