IN pursuance and exercise o£ the powers vested in them in that behalf by “The Looal Bodies’ Loan 3 Act, 1901,” and “The Counties Act, 188 b,” ths Cook County Council do hereby resolve as follows: “That, for the purpose of providing the in'orest and other charges on a loan of £350, authorieed to ba raised by the Cook County Cour oil under the provisions of “The Looal Bodies’ Loan 3 Aot, 1901,” for Forming a Road from Te Aroha Woolehed to Mills’ Homestead, tho said Cook County Council do hereby mako and levy a Special Bate of Two-fifths of a Penny in the £1 upon the Ratable Valuation • of all Ratable Property of the Aroha Loan District No. 2, comprising Okahu\tiu 2C, sections 1,4; Okahuatiu 20, section 2 ; Okahuatiu 2D, 1, 3, 2 B; and that such Special Hate thill be au anuual-rccurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable halt-yeaily on the Ist day of January and the Ist day of July in each and every year during a period equal to the currency of such loan, beiDg a period of 26 years or until the loan is fully paid off, the rate of interest to be 5 per cent.” J.
